Vincents, one of the premier fine-dining destinations in the Baltic countries, has had us raving about its food and service for almost 25 years now. Its wine list certainly lives up to the restaurant’s reputation. Created by an energetic duo of the European sommelier Champion Raimonds Tomsons and his teammate Roberts Brencens, Vincents’s wine list caters to a classic and demanding clientele, providing plenty of options from Old World/New World, large/small producers, classic/natural, young/mature wine choices. Considering the level of the restaurant, prices are reasonable, and there are some outstanding values to be found below the 100€ mark.
