We’re not sure why “Plan B” is called “Plan B”? We believe that once you try their wines, this place will certainly become your “Plan A” place. The list is extensive enough to challenge you to compare a Riesling Spätlese with a Riesling trocken, try a Verdejo from Rueda against a Verdejo from Castilla y Leon, or maybe even inspect the differences between Barbera, Nebbiolo and Barolo from the same producer? Sommelier and owner Egon Kärema’s passion lies in Italy and Piedmonte, so make sure you devote some serious time to this famed region while at Plan B.
Our choice: This sounds great for a Plan B, doesn’t it? Austrian wine producer Franz Weninger’ Hungarian estate - Weninger Pincészet Gneisz és Csillám blend 2015 (28€)?
